Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with our services. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may be entitled to a credit on your account, only.

If you are dissatisfied with your website, emails, marketing campaign, or other services provided, you must formally make this known within 20 days of delivery of goods & services.
To begin a refund, please email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org. Customer service will walk you through this process.
After receiving your inquiry, we will begin a discovery phase and process a change order to your goods and services. We will mutually agree on the timeframe for delivery of the changes.
Because of the nature of our work, all sales are final. If you are dissatisfied, your products (email, website, marketing campaign, etc) will be revised one time at no additional cost. For defective or damaged products, please contact us to arrange for a repair or replacement.
